Data, missing values, and evidence levels
Public pages state facts; the workbench explains what those facts mean for the current task.
Missing-value semantics
not_disclosed, not_applicable, not_reported, not_verified, conflicting_evidence, not_published, and unavailable are data states. They are never converted into false, zero, or a definite fact.
Evidence levels
Field-level supports links prefer first-party sources; papers, code, and runtime records retain their source type and check date. Every retained unknown must be traceable to a source note or evidence_note.
Recommendation boundary
Candidate ordering is task-scoped assistance, not a composite performance leaderboard. Explicit conflicts block; other unknowns remain conditional or pending verification.
